CODE OF CONDUCT

Rotterdam Photo Visitors and Participants

This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at any of the showcases, as well as the networking events, Photo Talks, or social media channels. The Rotterdam Photo Festival is dedicated to providing a respectful, friendly, safe, supportive, and harassment-free environment for all event attendees and participants, regardless of age, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), marital status, disability, physical appearance, education, or socio-economic status.

This Code of Conduct outlines Rotterdam Photo’s responsibilities, values, and behavioural standards of individuals participating in any events and services organised or arranged by Rotterdam Photo.

WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

-Intimidation or threats

– Disruption during discussions or Photo Talks

– Disrespectful or inappropriate comments

HARASSMENT CAN INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

– Hurtful or insulting language

– Physical assault of any type

– Inappropriate physical contact

– Unwanted sexual attention

– Unwanted photography or video recording

– Bullying or stalking

THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE WHEN TARGETING:

– Race or ethnicity

– National origin

– Gender identity or presentation

– Sex or sexual orientation

– Age

– Disability, medical condition, or pregnancy

– Religion

– Political views

– Citizenship status
